Profile
Common Agency explores new ways of space production by initiating the development, design and realization of objects, buildings and places. We believe that architectural practice must reclaim agency in order to address today's social, environmental, and aesthetic challenges. Hence our work focuses on integrating architecture and project development within the context of community-driven projects. In response to our complex present, we approach projects holistically, integrating economic, ecological, social, and aesthetic aspects from the outset into the conceptual process. Common Agency was founded in 2020 and is based on the diverse experiences that Hans von Bülow, Julian Meisen, and Cornelius Voss gained while working at leading architecture firms, design agencies and project developers.
